Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is far more than a world-renowned studio specializing in luxury superyachts and megayachts—it is a benchmark for visionary yacht design. Founded by Dutch designer Sander Sinot, the studio has built its reputation on a philosophy that seamlessly integrates interior and exterior spaces, conceiving them as one harmonious living environment.

SINOT

From the earliest stages of interior architecture to the careful selection of bespoke artworks, every detail is meticulously crafted to enhance the dialogue between form and materials. Each year at the Monaco Yacht Show, Sinot presents groundbreaking concepts that anticipate the evolving aspirations of yacht owners and often set the direction for future industry trends. At the heart of the studio’s “inside-out” philosophy is the desire to create an uninterrupted connection between guests and the sea, dissolving the traditional boundaries between indoors and outdoors.

The “Visionary” Concepts

Among the studio’s latest conceptual projects, AURA (141 metres), unveiled at last year’s Monaco Yacht Show, stands as one of its most sophisticated creations. Designed to maintain a continuous relationship with the ocean, the yacht features expansive panoramic lounges, generous outdoor living areas, a spectacular Beach Club, and an entire private deck dedicated to the owner. The concept is a tribute to the sea and to humanity’s timeless bond with the ocean, expressed through understated elegance rather than ostentation.

AURA elevates simplicity into an ultra-refined form of bespoke minimalism. Fold-down platforms provide effortless and safe access to the water, while the Panorama Lounge offers breathtaking views for social gatherings. A dedicated Diver’s Club celebrates underwater exploration, and an exclusive Observatory Lounge crowns the yacht, seemingly suspended between sea and sky. At the stern, the Beach Club features dramatic double-height spaces and a monumental art installation, visually and physically connecting multiple decks with the ocean. The private Owner’s Deck completes the experience as an exclusive sanctuary, while guests are accommodated in six VIP cabins and one VIP suite. Throughout the project, AURA expresses its identity through moderation, balance, and serenity, proving that true luxury lies in harmony rather than excess.

Sinot, INSPIRE the ability to dream

Another remarkable concept, INSPIRE, is conceived as an environment that stimulates positive energy, drawing inspiration from the principles of Feng Shui. Its architecture encourages a natural flow of movement, light, and sensory experience, creating spaces that promote well-being through a profound connection with nature.

At its heart lies a spectacular multifunctional theatre, designed to host intimate concerts, live performances, or immersive cinematic experiences. This dramatic space frames the magnificent swimming pool within the Beach Club, embodying a vision of luxury that is discreet yet transformative, redefining the experience of life at sea.

The owner’s suite enjoys sweeping 180-degree forward-facing panoramic views. Beyond the bedroom, the private deck includes an elegant lounge and a combined artist’s studio and creative office—a secluded retreat designed for writing, creative work, or managing personal projects while surrounded only by the horizon. Stabilised greenery and indoor gardens reinforce the owner’s connection with nature, even during extended transoceanic voyages.

SINOT
SINOT Poetry MYS22 OD Owner State Room

Over the years, Sinot has consistently challenged conventional yacht design through projects that have reshaped perspectives on modern naval architecture. Among them are Poetry or MUSASHI and FOUNTAINHEAD, two 88-meter sister ships – Feadship (MUSASHI was owned by Oracle magnate Larry Ellison) or ULYSSES launched in 2024 also by Feadship. A 103-metre Explore Yacht designed to travel safely from the Arctic to tropical waters. The next opportunity to discover the studio’s latest vision will come at the Monaco Yacht Show, taking place from 23 to 26 September, where Sinot is expected to unveil an entirely new megayacht concept.

Riva 54Metri is the largest Riva ever built entirely in aluminum, a masterpiece of aesthetics and innovation that takes the world’s most famous shipyard into a new dimension.

This superyacht reinterprets volumes in a completely innovative way while maintaining the classic stylistic elements of the brand; the balanced proportions and purity of the lines create an image in perfect RIVA style, while contemporary details give depth and three-dimensionality to the profile, like a refined work of art unchanged over time. 54.83 meters in overall length and a maximum beam of 9.18 meters, entirely in aluminum and with a gross tonnage of less than 500 GT.

Riva 54Metri is the result of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta that has exclusively designed the entire Riva range for thirty years, the Product Strategic Committee, and the Engineering Department of Ferretti Group.

Riva 54Metri, a new timeless myth

“Riva 54Metri is not just the largest boat ever built by the shipyard, it is the expression of over 180 years of craftsmanship, innovation, and rigorous pursuit of beauty. What makes Riva unique is its ability to respect its extraordinary tradition without ever becoming a slave to it. We are proud of the icons that have shaped our history, but we have the responsibility to create the icons of the future as well. This yacht perfectly represents that philosophy: it has the timeless elegance that has defined Riva for generations, but it also sets new standards in design, technology, comfort, and onboard experience. Every great brand must honor its past. The most prestigious brands build on their past to create an even greater future. Riva 54Metri is a powerful reminder that the best chapters of this exceptional story are yet to be written.” said Stassi Anastassov, Global Chief Executive Officer of Ferretti Group.

Riva 54Metri spans four decks – with main, upper, and lower decks connected by a central elevator – and accommodates up to ten guests in four guest cabins and a majestic owner’s suite at the bow of the main deck, while the crew has five double cabins and a captain’s cabin adjacent to the command station.

“Riva 54Metri is an elegant and clean yacht: a balanced mix of sportiness and refinement. It possesses a unique balance of volumes, proportions, and masses that makes it an almost sculptural object. Few but recognizable signs – such as the forward slope of the deckhouse and windshield, or the angled cuts at the stern, echoed by the stainless steel of the side handrails on the upper decks – create a strong identity for this yacht, immediately traceable to the Riva world. The beach club at the stern has an unparalleled area thanks to four hatches that open on two levels.” commented Mauro Micheli, Chief designer, and Sergio Beretta, Ceo, Officina Italiana Design.

Giovanna Vitelli has been officially appointed by the Assembly of Members as President of Fondazione Altagamma for the three-year term 2026-2029.

Giovanna Vitelli appointed President of "Altagamma" from 2026 to 2029
GIOVANNA VITELLI

Giovanna Vitelli, President of Gruppo Azimut|Benetti, previously Vice President for Yachting for the past three years, thus succeeds Matteo Lunelli, President and CEO of Ferrari Trento, who during two terms strengthened the Association and its positioning.

The Azimut-Benetti Group

The Azimut-Benetti Group is the largest private group in the recreational boating industry and a world leader in the production of yachts over 24 meters—a record it has held for over 26 years. A law graduate, Giovanna Vitelli as been Vice President of the family group (founded by her father Paolo Vitelli in 1969) for over a decade before becoming President in 2023. The Group operates five shipyards in Italy and one in Brazil, employs 2,500 direct staff, and is present in more than 80 countries through 138 showrooms. Following a doubling of its revenue over the last five years, the Group’s turnover now totals 1.5 billion euros, with an order book extending to 2029.

GIOVANNA VITELLI

Since 2020, Giovanna Vitelli has been a member of the Altagamma Council.

“I am honored by this mandate and I thank my predecessor, Matteo Lunelli, for the excellent work done in these years. I take on this role alongside a team of entrepreneurs and CEOs who are true ambassadors of our lifestyle in the world,” declared Giovanna Vitelli, President of Altagamma. “Together we will work to give greater visibility to the impact of our Companies on the Country, both from an economic, social, and cultural perspective. We will also commit to the protection of craftsmanship, a true cross-cutting theme for the continuity of Made in Italy.

The high-end sector deserves to be recognized as the locomotive of our Country. The first evidence from a study we are conducting with SDA Bocconi shows that, compared to the average of Italian companies, our companies contribute 3 times more to GDP growth, hire 5 times as much, and pay taxes that are on average 300 times higher”.

Amid geopolitical tensions, international conflicts, and the threat of tariffs, the global luxury market is entering a new, highly delicate, and constantly changing phase. According to data from the Altagamma-Bain Worldwide Luxury Market Monitor 2025, the Personal Luxury Goods sector has interrupted a decade-long growth cycle (excluding the pandemic period), recording a 2% decline. In contrast, experience-based luxury continues to drive the sector, showing solid performance: +3% for hospitality, +5% for fine dining, and +9% for yachts and private jets.

Pershing presents the Pershing GTX90, the new model joins the Sport Utility Yacht range while maintaining all the features that have ensured the success of previous designs: comfort and performance, innovation and craftsmanship, and technology.

Pershing GTX90

Pershing GTX90 is born from the collaboration between the design studio Vallicelli Design and the Engineering Department of the Group and is built at the Plug and Mould facility of Ferretti Group, combining cutting-edge technologies and craftsmanship. As with previous models, the design of the Pershing GTX90 revolves around the concept of space. On the sundeck (sportsbridge), there is a surface of 33 m², which is 43% more spacious compared to the average of vessels in this category.

Pershing GTX90

Exterior design of the Pershing GTX90

The exterior design is enhanced by the classic shade of Pershing Anniversary Silver, in line with the style that characterizes the GTX series. The almost vertical bow and the continuous and slightly convex bulwark line give the boat’s silhouette a sleek elegance and a sense of lightness, while maintaining the sporty DNA of the GTX line.

Another similarity between the new Pershing GTX90 and other models in the series is the aft area on the main deck, characterized by two foldable side terraces that open outward. Unlike previous models, the opening of the terraces is located at the maximum beam, right in the cockpit area, ensuring a total surface of 37 m². This space is completed by a practical garage, designed to accommodate a tender and a jet ski.

Pershing GTX90

Interior design

The interior design and layout stand out for their functional aesthetics and superior comfort, designed to enhance the onboard living experience of the Pershing GTX90.

Main Deck: Access is through a wide five-panel door (one fixed and four opening), creating a unique and continuous environment between indoors and outdoors. The salon offers generous spaces. Aft, on the left side, there is an open kitchen enhanced by a beautifully elegant bar counter, while on the opposite side, the formal dining table can accommodate up to eight guests.

Lounge Area and Helm: The lounge area in the center of the boat is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, which can be replaced by two separate sofas upon request. The helm, at the bow of the main deck, is equipped with three comfortable armchairs and a double access to the side walkways, facilitating maneuvers and movement.

Lower Deck: The Pershing GTX90 features four cabins with four private bathrooms, the owner’s suite spans the full beam and is located in the center of the boat, while the VIP cabin is positioned at the bow. Completing the layout are two guest cabins, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Sportsbridge: The spacious sports bridge is divided into three distinct areas: the sunbathing area at the stern, a dining area in the center of the boat protected by a generously sized hardtop, and the central command station at the bow.

Propulsion and technology

Two MAN V12 2200 engines with 2,200 HP each, paired with two Castoldi TurboDrive 600 HCT waterjets propel the yacht to a maximum speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots (preliminary data).

montenegro

Montenegro or Crna Gora, which literally means “Black Mountain,” is one of the hidden gems that features a unique geographical characteristic, imposing mountains that plunge into an inland sea and a mild climate thanks to the terrain’s configuration. Nicknamed in some cases “the new Monaco,” it has undergone a true transformation in the last fifteen years, becoming a very interesting destination. Here, the Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), or simply Bocche di Cattaro, is one of the most extraordinary landscape and historical jewels of Europe. Defined as the “southernmost fjord in Europe,” it is actually an ancient river canyon flooded by the sea. The architecture of the houses is inextricably linked to the Republic of Venice, which ruled the region from 1420 to 1797; the lions of St. Mark are carved on many of the city gates, and the local cuisine still has Venetian origins, not to mention the local dialect that sometimes takes on familiar tones of the “Serenissima.”

Montenegro port and Marina of Kalimanj

Not far from Kotor is Tivat, which hosts Porto Montenegro. It is one of the most luxurious and cutting-edge marinas for superyachts in the world. Born from an old Yugoslav naval arsenal, it is now an award-winning marina that can accommodate yachts up to 250 meters (practically any existing mega-yacht). Around the marina, an ultra-luxury village has emerged with 5-star hotels, high-fashion boutiques, exclusive restaurants, and a helipad.

Just a short distance from the city center, the Gradska Marina Kalimanj is the traditional municipal port of Tivat. It is mainly used by locals for mooring small fishing boats, motorboats, and small sailing boats. It offers a glimpse into the authentic coastal life of the city.

Portonovi Marina

On the opposite shore of the bay from Tivat, Portonovi is another very recent cutting-edge luxury marina. It can accommodate up to 238 vessels and yachts (up to 120 meters) and is the centerpiece of a luxury resort that also hosts the famous One&Only hotel.

Zeelander Yachts has delivered the latest creation from the family-run shipyard in Groot-Ammers, the Zeelander 8, the most powerful built to date. Its world debut is scheduled for the Monaco Yacht Show, from September 23 to 26, 2026.

Zeelander Yachts

Equipped with four Volvo Penta IPS-1350 engines totaling 4,000 HP, it reached 40 knots during sea trials, a true record for this model; however, speed is just one of the features of this new Zeelander. At full throttle, the internal noise levels are only 65 dBA – quieter than a normal conversation – making the Zeelander 8 the quietest vessel in its category.

Zeelander Yachts

“Built entirely to order in the Netherlands, this new yacht is the result of what happens when an owner fully understands the essence of a Zeelander,” said Sietse Koopmans, Founder and President of Zeelander Yachts. “He approached us after having spent entire weeks aboard a Zeelander 7, working and resting on the vessel. He knew exactly what he wanted more. The result is deeply personal and, in our opinion, one of the best Zeelander 8s we have ever built.”

Zeelander Yachts

“For owners who spend their working life surrounded by people, a crewless yacht is not a compromise. That’s precisely the point,” adds Koopmans. “No schedule to coordinate, no staff to manage, no professional distance to maintain. Just the water and the freedom to be completely off duty. The Zeelander 8 makes all this possible without asking anything in return: low-maintenance materials, Volvo IPS propulsion, and systems designed for maximum simplicity ensure that the yacht sails quietly, in every sense“

Zeelander Yachts autonomy and spaces

The entire design of the new hull was driven by the experience aboard the Zeelander 7, where the owner sailed alone, in total privacy and without crew, and wanted to replicate this immersive experience on a larger hull.

Zeelander Yachts delivers the Zeelander 8

The new yacht is equipped for an active life at sea, with a Williams 435 jet tender housed in the side garage along with a Seabob and flyboard. Gyroscopic stabilization and a joystick mooring system make the yacht extremely easy to handle for an owner sailing without a fixed crew, although the presence of additional berths allows for accommodating crew on board should weather conditions or company require it.

The Zeelander 8 has always been designed to tackle the open sea as well as sheltered bays. With a hull designed to convey safety even in the most challenging conditions, this latest unit covers 630 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 32 knots, ensuring a comfortable arrival; notably, at a speed of 7 knots, the range extends up to 2,700 nautical miles.

A long and sleek profile, clean lines, expansive glass surfaces, and perfectly balanced proportions. These are the defining features of Alia Yachts’ latest creation, a yacht designed to captivate even the most discerning yacht owners: GENIE BLU

Freshly launched in the waters of Antalya, the 45-metre GENIE BLU is a fully custom yacht that once again showcases the Turkish shipyard’s exceptional craftsmanship and its ability to transform bold ideas and highly personalized visions into true masterpieces of contemporary yacht design.

GENIE BLU: connecting with the sea

The result of a close collaboration between Alia Yachts’ in-house design team and Luca Dini Design & Architecture, which developed both the exterior and interior styling, GENIE BLU is built around a clear design philosophy: placing the sea at the heart of the onboard experience. It is an approach that departs from the prevailing trends in the superyacht sector, where maximizing interior volume often takes priority, instead focusing on the connection between guests, living spaces, and the marine environment.

“GENIE BLU turns traditional ideas of yacht design on their head – Gökhan Çelik, President of Alia Yachts – Rather than maximizing interior volume for its own sake, this project is about purity, proportion and the owner’s experience of the sea. Fully custom and refreshingly unconventional, GENIE BLU is exactly the kind of yacht we love to build at Alia. Working closely with the owner throughout this journey has been a privilege, and seeing her enter the water is a very proud moment for everyone involved”.

This philosophy is evident at first glance. The fold-down bulwarks, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and the absence of unnecessary design elements create a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, while the yacht’s understated elegance gives her a refined and contemporary presence.

The concept reaches its fullest expression in the main salon, where floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the boundaries between inside and outside. Here, natural light floods the living spaces, enhancing the sophistication of the interiors and ensuring that the surrounding seascape remains the focal point of the onboard experience.

The same design philosophy has been applied to the exterior areas, which have been conceived to encourage a direct and continuous connection with the water. Aft, the cockpit lounge flows through a dramatic sequence of broad steps leading down to the swim platform, creating a natural transition between yacht and sea. This solution not only enhances the perception of space but also transforms the entire aft section into a true waterfront terrace.

GENIE BLU

The foredeck has likewise been designed as a dedicated relaxation area. A spacious lounge offers uninterrupted views of the horizon, providing the ideal setting for enjoying time underway or at anchor, while a discreet sunbathing area integrated into the superstructure further enhances the yacht’s outdoor living experience.

Behind the elegance of her lines lies a design process focused on essentiality and restraint: “The project is based on subtraction rather than addition – said Luca Dini – We removed barriers, reduced unnecessary volume and opened the yacht wherever possible. The objective was not to maximize gross tonnage, but to maximize the owner’s experience of the sea“.

With the launch of GENIE BLU, Alia Yachts adds another remarkable yacht to its custom-built portfolio and further strengthens its reputation as one of the most innovative shipyards in the bespoke superyacht sector.

Monaco 375 is the result of an ambitious equation: to combine the stylistic rigor of automotive and aerospace with the total freedom of a luxury day-cruiser. With its 11.50 meters overall, this vessel from the Turin shipyard Luxia Yachts fits into that market segment where artisanal detail must marry technological performance.

Unlike the GTS version (Coupé) from Luxia Yachts, the Monaco removes the upper barriers to offer a navigation experience in close contact with the elements:

  • “All Beam” Layout: The aft area utilizes the full width of the boat (3.50 m), creating a versatile lounge area with chaise-longues that can transform into a dining table for six or a large sunbathing area.
  • Noble Materials: Teak covers the entire deck, ensuring that tactile and visual warmth characteristic of high-end yachts, while the lines of the hull are sleek and modern, designed to cut through the water with a consistently stable attitude.
  • S.A.F.E. Platform: Among the most interesting innovations is the optional mobile aft platform, equipped with an up & down system that facilitates water access and boarding at the dock, expanding the livable area.

With this configuration, the Monaco 375 takes on the appearance of a true sports boat, standing out for its style and undeniably attractive lines.

Under the hood (or rather, under the cockpit), the Monaco 375 offers a rare motor versatility:

  • Brutal Power: It is possible to install engines up to 1000 HP (both inboard and outboard), allowing for speed peaks exceeding 40 knots.
  • Total Stability: To maximize comfort, it is prepared for the installation of the Seakeeper 2.0 gyroscopic stabilization system, eliminating roll both while cruising and at anchor.
  • Range: An 800-liter tank ensures long-range cruising (up to 350 miles at 25 knots), making it ideal not only for day trips but also for long weekends in total independence.

A true coupé with unmistakable style, it is ideal for both Day Cruises and as a tender for larger yachts.

The Dinette area of the Luxia Monaco combines luxury and functionality in a compact space, with six seats and corresponding storage compartments. Thanks to the large windows on the hull, the environment is bright and panoramic, with perimeter curtains for privacy and light control. It includes two speakers, a 28-inch TV connected to the internal network, and a convertible table that lowers to become a double bed.

TYKUN XII, currently under construction, will be officially presented during the Monaco Yacht Show 2026. The next-generation tender is an evolution of the TYKUN X launched in 2025.

TYKUN, specialized in the production of high-performance super tenders, had already distinguished itself during the Monaco Yacht Show 2025 with the debut of the TYKUN X, a model that amazed with its performance and agility.

The project is born from the collaboration between the Gruppo MED, designer Tommaso Spadolini, and the concept by Benedetta Iovone. With a length of 12.7 meters, the new model is the natural evolution of its predecessor, built entirely in aluminum, featuring high configurational flexibility and meticulous attention to detail.

The model also stands out for its strong aesthetic identity, expressed through the design and interiors by Tommaso Spadolini based on the concept by Benedetta Iovane, Head of Commercial & Brand and a key figure in the industry, known as “The Luxury Yacht Lady“.

“The TYKUN XII represents not only the new flagship but perfectly encapsulates our DNA,” comments Iovane. “It is the perfect synthesis of military rigor and a lifestyle capable of providing both adrenaline and authentic comfort. Thanks to the technically derived hull that allows us to exceed 50 knots, we guarantee unparalleled sea keeping. The TYKUN XII is perfect both as a chase boat for superyachts and as an excellent dayboat or comfortable weekender. The careful selection of materials and great attention to every construction detail allow us to offer a uniquely identifiable experience.”

The TYKUN XII will be available in Open and Closed versions. The Open version follows the layout of the TYKUN X with a central helm, bar under the hardtop, and a completely modular aft area between seating and sunbathing. The Closed version further enhances versatility, making it ideal for extended cruises and use in more challenging weather conditions, thanks to alternative solutions for the helm and bar area, which also include configurations with dinette and internal lounge.

Lagoon “EIGHTY 2” represents the very essence of travel, an escape dictated by elegance and time that takes on a different meaning. On board this catamaran, one feels as if they are distancing themselves not only from the coast but from everything that does not belong to us, finally leaving us free.

With a length of just under 25 meters and a maximum beam of 11 meters, it is the flagship of the sailing catamarans from the French shipyard, successor to the previous Seventy 7, blending enormous volumes and modern naval architecture with a very high level of customization.

At the stern, a huge hydraulic platform extends the full width, increasing the deck area by a remarkable 22 square meters, creating a truly impressive terrace over the sea. When needed, it can be partially submerged to facilitate descent into the water, becoming a private beach from which to dive or snorkel. A true “floating private Beach Club”.

The main deck is completely (flush): there are no steps or level changes between the platform, the external cockpit, and the internal salon. When the large glass door opens, the horizon and spaces merge to offer a breathtaking and unobstructed view. Designed by the masters of naval architecture at VPLP Design, with the exterior style of Patrick Le Quément and interiors curated by the Italian Nauta Design, the Lagoon “EIGHTY 2” is a true villa on the sea.

Layout Lagoon “EIGHTY 2”: the choice

On board, it can accommodate from 8 to 16 people depending on the layout chosen by the owner; moreover, the French shipyard offers the option to position the kitchen either in the main salon (galley up) or in the hull (galley down), directly connected to the crew quarters for maximum discretion, just like on a Superyacht. The owner’s suite is located at the bow of the starboard hull, a true oasis that, in addition to being equipped with every onboard comfort, features a hydraulically lowering section of the hull that, when opened, creates a private balcony suspended over the sea, accessible directly from the bed.

Lagoon “Eighty 2”, even though it offers a life on board akin to luxury hôtellerie, is a sailing catamaran with excellent performance. With a sail area of about 338 m² and a hull optimized by VPLP, it guarantees smooth passages over the waves and high transfer speeds.

On the upper deck, a 50 m² flybridge houses the dual helm, leaving ample space for sunbathing areas and a rigid hard-top that integrates solar panels to power the onboard electronics when at anchor, reducing the use of generators.

For owners seeking maximum living space, stability at anchor, uncompromising luxury, and sailing performance, the French flagship represents, today, one of the choices in the landscape of “high level multihulls.”
