Sirena 42M, world debut for the new flagship of Sirena Superyachts

First model of Sirena Superyachts, the Sirena 42M made its world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, inaugurating a new era for the Turkish shipyard in the superyacht sector.

The project brings together some of the most important names in nautical design. Elegant and timeless, the exterior lines bear the signature of Luca Vallebona, while the interiors are curated by Hot Lab, part of the Viken group. The naval architecture was developed by Van Oossanen, a company known for its high-performance displacement hulls.

The patio: an exclusive retreat for the owner

Spread over four decks, the SIRENA 42M stands out for an unusual design solution even in the superyacht segment: the private patio at the bow. Designed as a space reserved for the owner to enjoy the exterior in complete privacy, this area is furnished with comfortable chairs, a pergola, and real plants, and is directly connected to the owner’s cabin through large sliding glass doors.

The suite also includes a luxury bathroom, a private study, and a walk-in closet. From here, an elegant wooden and metal staircase gracefully ascends to the upper deck, where two sculptural sofas complete a second terrace, protected by the dark glass surfaces of the superstructure.

The beach club and outdoor spaces

At the stern, we find another gem of this superyacht primarily dedicated to outdoor living: the 71 m² beach club. A series of steps leads to the bathing platform, flanked by a lounge area with sofas and tables. Completing the environment is a pool integrated into the transom, with a glass back wall and foldable side wings that, by expanding the available space, create a large relaxation area in direct contact with the sea. Access to the water is direct, facilitated by the hydraulic platform.

Even higher up, the sun deck offers a versatile environment designed for outdoor living at any time of the day. At the bow, there is a large triple sunbathing area, while at the stern, the black hard-top shelters the bar and dining area. Independent sofas allow for reconfiguration of the space according to needs, transforming it, for example, into an open-air gym, a cinema under the stars, or a relaxation area with a hot tub.

The sleeping area

In addition to the spacious owner’s suite, the SIRENA 42M features four guest cabins with private bathrooms on the lower deck. The spaces are organized around a cozy lobby and include two VIP double cabins and two convertible cabins with single beds. The configuration allows for accommodation of up to 11 people and a crew of up to nine members, housed in five cabins. There is no shortage of ample storage space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The interiors

The interiors of the Sirena 42M are distinguished by a design that favors organic shapes, refined materials, and exquisite craftsmanship. In the main salon, the floor-to-ceiling windows and fully opening aft doors amplify brightness and the dialogue with the outside. Characterizing the spaces are the solid wood walls with sinuous lines, paired with Italian limestone panels in warm tones. The ceiling also becomes a decorative element, with perforated and backlit panels that diffuse a soft, enveloping light.

The leitmotif of the project is the movement of water after a drop falls, translated into concentric shapes that recur in the various environments. In the salon, the rugs set into the walnut parquet echo the lines of the seabed, while curved sofas upholstered in bouclé and forest green cushions complete a natural and sophisticated palette. In the main lobby, this inspiration finds its most evident expression in the sculpted marble floor and the shapes of the ceiling and chandelier.

Designed as a domestic and convivial environment, rather than just a simple service space, the kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and large dark marble-effect resin worktops that make it functional and welcoming.

Sirena 42M: performance

The Sirena 42M combines a fast displacement steel hull with an aluminum superstructure. The yacht is powered by a pair of MAN V12-1450 engines, each delivering 1,450 horsepower at 2,100 rpm.

During sea trials, the yacht reached a maximum speed of 16 knots. At a cruising speed of 10 knots, the 46,000-liter tanks ensure a declared range of 4,600 nautical miles, allowing for long ocean crossings.

The onboard equipment includes two 80 kW generators, stabilizers, an air conditioning system with specifications for the Mediterranean, and a 83 kW bow thruster, supporting comfort and maneuverability. Completing the equipment is a dedicated tender garage, with a pantographic opening door and integrated safety systems, capable of accommodating a support vessel up to 5.65 meters, without compromising the cleanliness of the exterior lines.
